Jain Reps ("the App") is a field-sales app built for Jain Pharma Distributors. It's used by authorized sales representatives ("reps", "you") to view product statements, place product orders, and log product commitments. This policy explains what information the App collects, how it's used, and how it's protected. The App is provided for internal business use by Jain Pharma Distributors and its authorized representatives — it is not offered to the general public.
The App does not request access to your contacts, camera, photos, location, or any other device permission beyond a standard internet connection. It does not use advertising or analytics SDKs, and does not use your device's advertising identifier.
App data is stored in a database hosted on our hosting provider's infrastructure. All communication between the App and our server is encrypted (HTTPS). Access to the API is protected by a signed, time-limited login token issued when you sign in; it expires automatically and is revalidated on every request.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third-party advertisers or analytics providers. Your data is only accessible to Jain Pharma Distributors and its authorized administrators, for the purpose of operating the business this App supports.
Your account and submitted data are retained for as long as your account remains active with Jain Pharma Distributors. To request deletion of your account or data, contact your administrator using the details below — accounts and their associated data are managed directly by Jain Pharma Distributors, not through a self-service option in the App.
The App is intended for use by employed or contracted sales representatives of Jain Pharma Distributors and is not directed at, or intended for use by, children.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
